The Administration for Community Living (ACL) will hold a series of webinars to obtain feedback from the field and from the public for draft updates to the National Voluntary Consensus Guidelines for State Adult Protective Services (APS) Systems (Guidelines).
In 2016, ACL published the Guidelines to provide the APS field with guidance about effective practices based on findings from published studies as well as experiences from the field. This year, ACL is updating the Guidelines to incorporate new research findings and new areas of interest in APS practices and policies.
ACL invites you to provide feedback for the updates by participating in one of the webinars (ACL will conduct the same webinar at different dates/times to accommodate different schedules). Registration is not yet open.
Webinar registration information and the draft updates will be shared in the next few weeks.
