The NYC Mayor’s Office to Combat Domestic Violence invites you to join them for a half day forum on financial fraud as it impacts victims. The event will feature panel discussions on topics including:

  • credit awareness & repair
  • financial safety planning
  • fraud prevention
  • identity theft
  • family fraud
  • risk factors for seniors
  • police reporting
  • immigration scams & concerns

Presenters include: NY County District Attorney’s Office, Federal Trade Commission, NYC Department of Consumer Affairs Office of Financial Empowerment, The Financial Clinic, Legal Aid Society, Housinglink, Social Security Administration,, Adult Protective Services, Weill Cornell, Bedrock Divorce Advisors, The Weinberg Center.
