“Power of Attorney and Exploitation of Older Aduts″ is the fourth of five modules in JASA’s annual Elder Abuse Training Institute (EATI). This module explains the Power of Attorney (POA) instrument for individuals who have formal and frequent fiduciary interactions with older adults. Suggested attendees: accountants, financial managers, attorneys and daily money managers.
