“Legal Workshop – Working with Law Enforcement″ is the second of five modules in JASA’s annual Elder Abuse Training Institute (EATI). This module will present strategies for developing good working relationships with law enforcement and dealing with the constraints of the criminal justice system. Suggested attendees: individuals who provide legal services to older adults and those who work with victims of elder mistreatment such as case managers, geriatric care managers, and social workers.
