This year’s Jarvie Colloquium will explore the topic of Mindful Aging. The Colloquium Planning Committee chose this topic with the goal of developing sessions aimed at enhancing participants’ awareness/understanding of the many opportunities that may arise for the older adult throughout the aging process, as well as on those related to the many roles we play when serving an increasingly diverse aging population.

The colloquium will feature morning and afternoon plenary sessions in addition to a series of workshops covering a variety of topics, including elder abuse.
